We provide professional servicing and repair of individual machine subassemblies for lathes manufactured by TOS Trenčín / TRENS Trenčín.

This service is intended for customers who prefer to send only specific machine components instead of the complete lathe.

Supported subassemblies

We service and repair the following machine groups:

• headstock
• carriage and slides
• apron
• feed and thread gearbox
• speed gearbox
• tailstock
• other mechanical subassemblies upon request

Each subassembly is assessed individually based on its technical condition.

Spare parts availability

All servicing is supported by in-house availability of spare parts for TOS / TRENS Trenčín lathes, ensuring reliable repair and consistent quality.

Logistics

Subassemblies must be delivered to our workshop for servicing.

After completion, the repaired unit is returned to the customer. Transport can be arranged individually depending on location.

Quotations

Some servicing jobs can be quoted with a high level of accuracy based on the information provided.

In other cases, only an estimated quotation can be given prior to inspection. The final scope of work and pricing can be determined only after the subassembly is delivered to our workshop and disassembled.

In such cases, worn or damaged components are documented and photographed. Based on this evaluation, a final quotation is prepared and submitted to the customer for approval before further work is carried out.
