Overhaul / retrofit of TOS / TRENS Trenčín lathes

Our company focuses on the overhaul and refurbishment of conventional lathes manufactured by TOS Trenčín / TRENS Trenčín.

All overhauls are supported by in-house availability of spare parts for TOS / TRENS Trenčín lathes, allowing reliable replacement of worn components and consistent overhaul quality.

Supported machine models

We primarily work on the following machine types:

  • SN series: SN32, SN40, SN45, SN50, SN55, SN63, SN71
  • SUI series: SUI32, SUI40, SUI50, RP
  • SV18 series: SV18R, SV18RA, SV18RD

Drive system modernization

For machines equipped with a variable speed drive, the original drive system (including motor and controller) is replaced with a modern solution using an inverter and asynchronous motor, improving reliability and serviceability.

Overhaul options

We offer several overhaul approaches depending on customer requirements:

  • overhaul of the customer’s machine in our workshop in Trenčín
  • exchange-based overhaul (replacement machine solution)
  • repairs and interventions based on the customer’s specific request

Modernization and upgrades

All machines can be upgraded during overhaul to meet current CE requirements where applicable.

We also offer installation of a digital readout (DRO) as part of the overhaul process.

Final inspection and handover

After completion, each machine is:

  • assembled and adjusted
  • tested under operation
  • verified according to the accuracy protocol for the given machine type

Warranty

All overhauled machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty.

Transport

Overhauls are carried out exclusively in our workshop. Machines or subassemblies must be delivered to our premises. Transport can be arranged individually based on customer location.
